New Year's Resolutions...

I have always liked writing lists and setting goals at the beginning of a new year, but we all know how easily halfhearted resolutions can fizzle out after just a few weeks.  I think these tips will help you reach your full potential when it comes to setting and achieving your goals. 365 new days, 365 new chances! 

1. In the morning, set 3 tasks to accomplish by the end of the day. Once you've been doing this for a couple of weeks, you'll be used to setting and accomplishing goals. Your goals will seem more reachable now!

2. TRY THIS - Instead of vocalizing your goals to friends and family, write them down and put them somewhere you'll look at every day. This Ted Talks makes a few interesting points about why keeping our goals to ourselves could make us MORE likely to accomplish them!

3. Do your research, find out exactly what it's going to take. Be specific, set out a strategy and a timeline so you can stay on track!

4. Stay positive! Go to Pinterest and pin some motivational quotes/images to keep you going!

One goal that I've been so happy to achieve this year has had to do with A Golden Garden. I set a financial goal at the beginning of 2016, I was going to be sure to triple my revenue from last year. It was thanks to all of my amazing customers that I achieved that goal around October, since then I've had time to think about next year and all of the things I want to achieve. It's exciting to look to the future with positivity. I know that whatever goals you are setting for this new year, you can most definitely achieve!
